• Keep it local. Use the platform for transactions within your community.
• Report issues. If you see prohibited items or inappropriate behavior, use the report button.
• Respect privacy. Don't share other members' personal information without permission.
• Be patient. Everyone is learning. Give others the benefit of the doubt.

• Don't post prohibited items. See our full list of prohibited items.
• Don't be deceptive. No fake listings, misleading descriptions, or fraudulent behavior.
• Don't harass or threaten other members. This includes hate speech, bullying, or intimidation.
• Don't spam. No excessive messaging, duplicate listings, or promotional content.
• Don't discriminate. All members should be treated fairly regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• Don't ghost. If you can't complete a transaction, communicate that to the other party.
• Don't share sensitive info. Never share credit card numbers, social security numbers, or passwords via messages.
• Don't manipulate prices. Price gouging or artificial scarcity is not allowed.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Listing removal: Prohibited or inappropriate content
• Temporary suspension: Repeated violations or harassment
• Permanent ban: Serious violations, illegal activity, or repeated offenses
• Legal action: Criminal activity will be reported to authorities

Community admins and platform administrators have discretion in enforcing these guidelines. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

If you see something that violates these guidelines:

1. Use the report button on listings or messages
2. Provide details about the violation
3. We'll review within 24-48 hours
4. Action will be taken if guidelines are violated
